The Crimson Ambassadors have been running strong to keep the bond between the Alumni and the current BSC students a strong one. With the help of the Alumni funding the Ambassadors have been able t
o organize various programs to help the not only the BSC community, but the local community as well. To make the most of the alumni donations in the BSC community the Ambassadors have been able to run an annual tuition raffle which has awarded about $500-1000 to one or two students each of the past several years(Last years raffle is pictured to the right). Also with the help of the alumni the Ambassadors are the only student organization to be endowed with an annual scholarship that is given out every year at the student awards banquet.
To keep the bond strong between alumni and Bridgewater State the Ambassadors have annually participated in events such as Homecoming, alumni weekends, and alumni dinners. The Ambassadors have helped out in alumni weekend annually to make sure the weekend runs smoothly and more enjoyable for the alumni. During Homecoming the Ambassadors have always participated during the parade, and hosted events to keep people entertained at the game. This year the Ambassadors had a raffle for baskets of BSC items, and had a build your own build-a-bear station.

In the local community the Ambassadors have participated in the My Brothers Keeper program for the past several years. This is a local program in which individuals or organizations sign up to sponsor and less fortunate family at Christmas. Those who qualify receive a Christmas shopping list for a local family, and actually purchase and wrap items from the list, so they can be delivered to the family on Christmas. This has been the Ambassadors main philanthropy project of years past, and has brought joy to numerous less fortunate families in recent years.
